Website content
This website explains DevTork Studio’s services, approach, projects, and ideas. Content may be updated as the studio and its work develop.
Project information
Portfolio entries may be studio products, internal systems, active builds, or concept studies. They should only be described as client engagements when that statement is accurate.
No automatic agreement
Submitting an inquiry or sending an email does not create a contract. Project scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and ownership must be agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The DevTork name, mark, original interface, writing, and project materials remain protected by their respective owners. Third-party names and technologies belong to their owners.
Production review
These starter terms are not legal advice. They should be reviewed for the studio’s real business structure and jurisdiction before launch.
